Recalling those days, Luan Yihong felt that at that time there had to moved little by little on account of no experience to do fermentation optimization. In his view, the research of hyaluronic acid fermentation is a protracted thing. A few simple visits to the workshop can't find any problem. Therefore, it became Luan Yihong's normal work in those days, squatting in the workshop, guarding the production line, checking the workers records and observing the production line at any time.
After squatting for more than one month, Luan Yihong began to try to culture the fermentative seeds and optimize the productivity. The productivity of hyaluronic acid fermentation increased from 4-5g/L to 7g/L. At first Luan Yihong still thought it was his luck. However when others tried, the productivity fell back. At present, the production rate of hyaluronic acid fermentation of Bloomage Biotech has developed from less than 3g/L at the beginning of establishment to 12-14g/L now.
