10.2. In the event of any dispute between the parties regarding the content of the Agreement or its implementation, the parties shall endeavor to resolve it through friendly consultation; in the event of failure to do so, either party may submit the dispute to the People's Court of Jinan Hi-Tech Development District, Shandong Province, China.

11. Severability

If any of the provisions of this Agreement are invalid for any reason, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and binding on both parties.
